Prehistoric Models: Theropoda

Theropod meaning “beast foot” are a diverse group of dinosaurs that are primarily carnivorous (meat eating). Based on their hip structures, theropods are classified as saurischian meaning “lizard hip” along with the long-necked sauropods. Some of the most famous of this group are Tyrannosaurus rex, Velociraptor, Allosaurus, and Spinosaurus. To see my Theropod fossils and cast replicas click here.
